UX consulting was provided for an in-house ERP system to optimize internal workflows and improve usability in property management operations. The project focused on evaluating the existing interface, identifying key usability issues, and proposing a refined UX structure tailored to administrative and on-site staff. Clear navigation and structured information hierarchy were emphasized to enhance efficiency in desktop-based daily tasks, with the final UX strategy delivered for internal implementation.
