We led the end-to-end build of the Samsung Care+ Galaxy Repair Support Center website — from requirement gathering and UX planning to UI design and production management. Built on a mobile-first responsive layout, the site reflects Samsung’s trusted brand identity and enables efficient management of product damage insurance services. Development was carried out with a partner, under full direction by HEYUHM as project managers.
삼성 케어플러스 갤럭시 파손 보험센터 공식 웹사이트 구축을 전담하여, 요구사항 정리부터 UX 기획, UI 디자인, 제작 관리까지 전 과정을 리딩했습니다. 모바일 우선의 반응형 구조로 삼성 브랜드의 신뢰성을 반영하고, 파손 보험 서비스의 효율적인 운영을 지원하는 구조로 설계했습니다. 개발은 협력사와의 파트너십으로 진행되었으며, 프로젝트 매니지먼트는 헤엄이 주도했습니다.
