The official website for the Yeoju City Hall International Design Competition, organized by the city of Yeoju, was designed and project-managed end to end. From rapid requirements gathering and UX planning to full UI design and coordination with the external development team, the entire process was led to ensure smooth build and deployment. Despite a highly compressed timeline, a responsive and multilingual platform was delivered, supporting real-time registration, downloadable briefs, and live updates. The site architecture was optimized for the competition’s two-phase structure and enabled flexible content management throughout the operational period.
여주시가 주관한 여주시 신청사 국제설계공모의 공식 웹사이트를 기획부터 디자인, PM까지 전반적으로 수행했습니다. 요구사항 정리와 UX 설계, 반응형 UI 디자인, 외부 개발사 협업을 통해 안정적인 구축과 배포를 이끌었습니다. 짧은 일정 속에서도 참가자 등록, 다국어 콘텐츠 제공, 자료 다운로드, 공모 일정 관리 등 핵심 기능을 갖춘 플랫폼을 구현했으며, 1·2단계로 구성된 공모 운영 구조에 최적화된 정보 체계를 설계했습니다. 운영 기간 동안 유연한 콘텐츠 관리가 가능하도록 구조화한 프로젝트입니다.
