HiddenGem is a social networking service where users can showcase their collections and connect with fellow enthusiasts. We led the complete revamp of the existing service, overseeing everything from planning to UX design. The redesigned platform emphasizes intuitive content sharing and seamless user interaction, optimized for mobile-first use. Additionally, we developed an admin dashboard to manage users and content efficiently, supporting the platform’s operational growth. HiddenGem은 개인 수집품을 공유하고 소통할 수 있는 SNS 플랫폼입니다. 기존 서비스의 전면 개편을 진행하며 기획부터 UX 설계까지 전 과정을 주도하였고, 모바일 중심의 직관적인 사용성과 피드 중심의 구조를 구현했습니다. 또한, 사용자와 콘텐츠 관리가 가능한 어드민 시스템도 함께 구축하여 서비스 운영의 효율성을 높였습니다.
