HEYUHM took the lead in service planning, with a particular focus on designing the market logic, payout policies, and computational rules behind the predictions. We defined a comprehensive set of operational policies and mathematical formulas to ensure fairness, transparency, and scalability. Development and UI implementation were handled by a partner team.
