We designed the UXUI for Order N’s smart kiosk system, focusing on accessibility and usability in unmanned retail environments. As a brand of O2O Payment, Order N provides integrated order solutions such as POS, kiosks, and QR ordering. Our work prioritized barrier-free principles to ensure a seamless experience for all users, including the elderly and disabled. The design addressed various store formats, balancing intuitive navigation with operational needs. The outcome contributed to enhancing store efficiency while delivering a user-friendly, inclusive interface tailored for diverse customer demographics. 오투오페이먼트의 브랜드 Order N의 키오스크 시스템에 대해 UXUI 디자인을 수행하였으며, 특히 무인 매장 환경에서의 접근성과 사용성을 중심으로 설계했습니다. 포스, 키오스크, 테이블 오더 등 다양한 주문 방식을 통합한 스마트 매장 솔루션의 특성을 반영하여, 모든 사용자가 직관적으로 이용할 수 있도록 배리어프리 디자인 원칙을 적용했습니다. 다양한 매장 환경과 사용자 유형을 고려하여 정보 구조와 내비게이션을 설계하였으며, 매장 운영의 효율성과 사용자의 접근 편의성을 동시에 만족시키는 디자인을 구현했습니다.
