We designed and project-managed the official website for the Pyeongtaek Central Library International Design Competition, a global architectural competition organized by the city of Pyeongtaek. HEYUHM led the entire design lifecycle—from rapid requirements gathering and UX planning to full UI design—while also coordinating closely with the external development team to ensure a smooth build and deployment. Despite a highly compressed timeline, we delivered a responsive and multilingual platform that supported real-time registration, downloadable briefs, and live updates. The site architecture was optimized for the two-phase structure of the competition and enabled flexible content management throughout the operational period. 평택시가 주관한 평택중앙도서관 건립사업 국제설계공모의 공식 웹사이트를 디자인하고, 외부 개발사와의 협업을 통해 PM 역할까지 수행했습니다. HEYUHM은 기획, 정보 설계, 반응형 UI 디자인까지 전 과정을 빠르게 수행하면서도, 공모 운영 상황에 맞춰 유연하게 반응할 수 있도록 구조화된 플랫폼을 구현했습니다. 참가자 등록, 다국어 콘텐츠 제공, 자료 다운로드, 공모 일정 관리 등 실질적인 기능을 효율적으로 담아냈으며, 1·2단계로 나뉜 국제공모의 복잡한 운영 흐름을 웹사이트에서 명확히 안내할 수 있도록 설계했습니다. 짧은 일정 속에서도 기획력과 실행력을 바탕으로 완성도 높은 공공 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행한 사례입니다.
