For Refined, an all-in-one fitness platform supporting workout tracking, routine planning, and 1:1 coaching, HEYUHM led the full design lifecycle—from requirements gathering and information architecture to UX and UI design. The app spans three distinct user roles—members, gym owners, and administrators—each with its own complex set of features. We conducted in-depth needs analysis and flow mapping to manage this functional complexity, then translated insights into a structured, intuitive interface. Designed entirely around a dark theme, the product reflects the physical intensity and focus of gym environments while maintaining usability and clarity across mobile and web interfaces.
