We led the end-to-end build of the Samsung Care+ Galaxy Repair Support Center website — from requirement gathering and UX planning to UI design and production management. Built on a mobile-first responsive layout, the site reflects Samsung’s trusted brand identity and enables efficient management of product damage insurance services.
